Netted

I've been slowly collecting photos of fishnets since the summer, so I figured it was time to share all this amazing inpo with you. You can say I'm slightly obsessed with the fishnet trend. I searched all fall for a pair of fishnet socks (found some for you linked below) and just recently took the plunge and bought an actual pair of fishnet tights. I love the way the look styled under a pair of ripped denim or peeking out at the ankles. Shop fishnets below:

All In One

Wearing: Top Sandro | Shorts A.L.C. | Sandals Steve Madden, Similar

One look that I love for fall is lacy silk slips and tanks layered over a tee. This shirt perfectly captures that look in just one piece, which is why I instantly fell in love with it. While it's still hot it works perfectly paired with shorts and as it gets cooler I can't wait to layer it more with a cozy sweater or a cool leather jacket.

Wanted | Flats

Fashion Blogger

This week what I am wanting is shoes, shoes, and more shoes. Whether it's a traditional flat, a smoking slipper, or a slip on sneaker, I want it. Not only are flats on trend, but they are always a great comfortable alternative to any shoe. I actually just bought the suede Vince slip-ons and I am in love, I cannot wait to wear them. But I'm also really loving all the printed versions available. Why not make a statement with your feet? Or add to a simple outfit with a pop of prints on your shoes. And I am totally eyeing the black pointed-toe Vince flats, too good. Shop these flats below:

Wanted | Softy

This week I am all about anything fuzzy, fluffy, or velvet. In fact, the softer the better. Fall's the time for bundling up and keeping warm, so what better to wear than fluffy sweaters or velvet pants? Ugh, I just love a good trend with benefits. In this case, you get to look amazing while feeling super comfy. I picked out some of my favorite velvet pieces and fluffy sweaters, which you can see above and shop below. And you might even be seeing one of those items on the blog tomorrow, wink wink. In the meantime, shop away.

Pretty In Pink

What I'm Wearing: Sweater ASOS | Jeans Mother Denim | Boots Tory Burch

Normally I stay far away from the color pink, but this season seeing it everywhere had me intrigued. I decided I had to try it out, and I'm glad I did. This oversized pink sweater is beyond comfortable and I love that little pocket. I paired it with leather pants and booties to toughen up the look a little. And the dark lipstick helps give it a little edge too, well as much edge as you can give a big pink sweater. Shop some more of my pink sweater picks below:

Think Pink

Never thought I would make a post dedicated to the color pink... But I have to admit, pale shades of pink are are on trend for fall and winter, and I've found myself actually wanting to wear pink. This is very strange for me as I maybe own a max of 1 pink item of clothing, but some of these items are too good to pass up. I particularly love the pink moto skirt and leather jacket, it's the ultimate contradiction, baby pinks combined with the toughest motorcycle shapes and details. And that pink plaid cape is amazing, and I've been finding it hard to say no to anything plaid lately. Of course, fall is not complete without a good sweater so I will definitely be looking to add a nice pale pink sweater to my closet. Shop these items below:

What I'm Wearing: Jeans Hudson Jeans | Shirt Aritzia | Boots Tory Burch

I think I've decided that plaid just might be my favorite fall trend. It's super versatile and and there are so many varieties and colors. I particularly love this black and white plaid which provides a really graphic look, and since the back of the jeans are black, it's just enough pattern but not too much. I wanted to keep the pants the focal point with just a black shirt and my awesome gold-heeled booties. The jeans would probably look good with a colored sweater or maybe even some pattern on pattern action. Shop these jeans and more black and white patterned Hudson Jeans below:

While searching the racks at the Saks Off Fifth outlet I (well, my mom) found these amazing pants. Seriously, they are silk patterned pajama trend perfection. Comfort and style, truly a winning combination. With the pajama pant trend and the stylish sweatpants, I'm going to be some comfy all fall long. And, bonus, I found the perfect white tee at Aritzia.

Don't Sweat It

What I'm Wearing: Pants Solow | Shirt Aritzia

That's right, I've found the comfiest trend ever. I have to admit I'm not really a sweatpants person. I mean, I wear them around the house, and I find them incredibly comfortable, but you will never see me wear them out of the house. Until now, that is. This new combination of ultimate comfort and style is ridiculously awesome. Expect me to style the above pants numerous ways just as a challenge to see how many ways I can make sweatpants look good. And take a look at other versions of the stylish sweatpant below in this super amazing widget that might be the best thing to happen to this blog yet.

Bootie Call

Wear Me Out New York

(Clockwise From Top)

Booties are everywhere this season. And, with good reason, the shoe is so versatile, perfect for fall, and with all the varieties available it is definitely hard to pick just one. From the playful polkadots to the menswear inspired cutouts, the new Shoe Cult collection from Nasty Gal produced some killer booties. Those topshop cutouts, too, so perfect. I've been dying for some cutout booties for quite some time now, and compared to some of the other ones I've seen these Topshop ones are a pretty good price too. (May have to finally get a pair) I'm also obsessed with Tory Burch's fall shoes, if you couldn't already tell by how many times her name appears above. The gold contrasts are just amazing. And I'm dying over the center pair with the patent leather cap-toe. I do own the ones with the gold heel, that heel height was definitely the most practical for everyday. The burgundy open-toe booties, that color, burgundy leather is just so amazing. Lastly, the wedge. It has to be my favorite one above (aside from the pair I own, of course) and I'm really considering spending some of my saved up cash on them. The gold detail, plus some added height, kind of perfect.

One trend I've been seeing everywhere lately is animal print. I'm definitely not mad about that, I mean who doesn't love a good animal print? But certainly moderation is key. Instead of piling on the animal print and looking like I might belong in the jungle, I decided to class up the print a bit. I love the cheetah print against the white shorts, and my favorite Ted Baker wedges make the outfit complete. I can't wait to carry this trend into the fall. And the one thing I really want, cheetah prints flats. Such a cute way to add to any outfit. The search is most definitely on.

What I'm Wearing: Dress Sandro, SimilarSimilar | Shoes Chanel

I will admit, the tank dress is quite the tricky article of clothing. While the large, shapeless t-shirt/tank look gives off a very cool vibe, it also always seems to be right on the line of short and very short. And while, I would wear a dress this length, somehow knowing its really a shirt makes me feel like the tank dress is even shorter than it is. But, I threw on a pair of bike shorts underneath and decided to rock the look anyway. So whether you buy an actual "tank dress" or just size up on a shirt like I did, I think this look is definitely worth a try.

P.S. This is my 100th post, thought that was pretty cool. :)

Maxin' Out

What I'm Wearing: Skirt Similar | Tee Aqua, Similar | Shoes Steve Madden | Hand Chain Etsy | Rings Rebecca Minkoff

As you know, I love trying new trends. But the one trend I never really got into was the maxi trend. And technically I still haven't really gotten into it because I borrowed this skirt from my mom. However, I may have to get my own maxi skirt. They are just so comfy and easy to wear. I also posted a close-up of my jewelry because I got a new hand chain that I'm really excited about. I bought it from Etsy and its handmade. It's just so delicate and beautiful, plus it has a pearl on it (my birthstone) and a small feather which is customized with the letter M. Definitely check out the Etsy store in the link above.

Denim on Denim on Denim

What I'm Wearing: Jeans AG Jeans | Shirt Double Zero, Similar | Shoes Steve Madden | Watch Skagen | Ring Frey Wille

I am certainly embracing the denim trend with this outfit. I decided to put denim in every aspect of my outfit with a denim collared shirt, my favorite jeans, and, yes, even denim sandals. And, as promised, I put a close up of all my gold jewels. I'm wearing my new watch, which I am completely in love with, a bracelet my amazing aunt gave me, and my great-grandmother's bracelet. I love how the colors in the bracelet my aunt give me match my colorful rings. And I also really love how my nails match the colors in my rings too, I feel so coordinated and put together.
