What I'm Wearing: Jumpsuit ASOS | Jacket All Saints | Boots Zara | Sunglasses Gucci

Yup, I'm wearing a velvet plaid jumpsuit. I'm not really sure what else to say about it. I mean, it's insane, and definitely a statement piece. I wore it with my Zara booties and my All Saints leather jacket to keep it simple. I've just been drawn to anything and everything plaid lately and with my love of all things soft and fuzzy, this jumpsuit is just the perfect piece. You can shop this jumpsuit and other velvet pieces in yesterday's post, here. Oh, and Happy Halloween!

Wanted | Softy

This week I am all about anything fuzzy, fluffy, or velvet. In fact, the softer the better. Fall's the time for bundling up and keeping warm, so what better to wear than fluffy sweaters or velvet pants? Ugh, I just love a good trend with benefits. In this case, you get to look amazing while feeling super comfy. I picked out some of my favorite velvet pieces and fluffy sweaters, which you can see above and shop below. And you might even be seeing one of those items on the blog tomorrow, wink wink. In the meantime, shop away.

What I'm Wearing: Romper ASOS | Shirt Splendid | Jacket All Saints | Beanie ASOS | Shoes Vince Camuto, Similar

It's the quintessential fall outfit. I put together some of my favorite elements of fall style for this one. I've discussed my love of leather many times before, and the leather jacket in particular is definitely my one of my favorite fall items. Then there's the beanie, I'm new to the beanie trend but I really love it, and they are really practical too for these cold days we've been having in New York. I especially love this green one, the color is just the perfect fall green. I also love tights for fall, and winter, because they allow me to wear my favorite skirts and dresses year round. And in this case, this awesome lace print romper. The perfect heeled booties finish off this perfect fall look.

Pretty In Pink

What I'm Wearing: Sweater ASOS | Jeans Mother Denim | Boots Tory Burch

Normally I stay far away from the color pink, but this season seeing it everywhere had me intrigued. I decided I had to try it out, and I'm glad I did. This oversized pink sweater is beyond comfortable and I love that little pocket. I paired it with leather pants and booties to toughen up the look a little. And the dark lipstick helps give it a little edge too, well as much edge as you can give a big pink sweater. Shop some more of my pink sweater picks below:

Clothes For Thought | Effortless

Okay, so I'm introducing a new feature to the blog Clothes For Thought. Basically, it's a peek into what inspires me. I keep a journal full of collages filled with magazine cut outs and quotes and I thought I would start to share some pages with you. This feature will be on the blog every other week, alternating with my wish lists and trend reports, which have also been renamed, Wanted. So, I hope you like this glimpse into what goes on in my head and inspires and intrigues me. I fell in love with this quote from a Nasty Gal catalog and was instantly inspired by this sort of effortless fall style. Leather, thigh-high boots, quilted skirts, prints, beanies, killer booties, and of course it-model Cara Delevingne embody this sort of effortless cool in my mind. Oh and of course piles of Chanel accessories, as seen on the model in the smaller picture, never hurt anyone. Shop some of my picks inspired by my collage below:

Pied-รก-Terre

Yorkie

New York City View

Yorkie

Black Goyard Tote

I wasn't lying when I said I had exciting things happening this week. Above are pictures of my new room! My family got a pied-รก-terre (second home) in New York City and I just moved in yesterday. It's just so pretty, I look out the window every five seconds. But can you blame me? That sixth photo is the view from my room! (and it's even prettier at night) So insane. And I got to decorate which was stressful but fun. I wanted it to be very city-chic and modern and I think I succeeded. I especially love the black and gold hanging piece where I've proudly displayed my favorite jackets and boots. Harley and Bella also really love my room, they're so cute and confused they follow me around everywhere I go. And I had to throw in a picture of my new Goyard tote, it just completes the room doesn't it?

Wanted | Camo

First of all, I'm going to apologize in advance for no outfit photos this week. I got my wisdom teeth out on Friday and I still look like a chipmunk, so no photos will be taken until the swelling goes down. But I still do have a couple of exciting posts planned for this week, don't worry. Now onto the clothes. I'm not sure why but I've been really into camo lately. I don't own any of it, but I've found myself shopping for the perfect camo piece. I just love how it's a print made to blend in but pair it with the perfect outfit and you can definitely stand out. My overalls are back! They were awesome in for spring and now they are perfect for fall too. Just layer a long sleeve shirt, or sweater under them and they are perfect for a fall day. Then when it's a little chillier at night a leather jacket will complete the look. And I am still obsessed with the gold heel on these booties, so so good.

After a very intense search, I found the perfect leather jacket. It wasn't an easy task, I mean there are tons of jackets out there, but I'm not gonna lie I was being really picky. But I'm glad I didn't settle because I am in love with my All Saint jacket. It has just the right amount of moto details, the color is amazing, the quilted shoulder detail is to die for, and it's made of the softest leather in the whole entire world. (Okay, maybe not the whole entire world, but it's pretty damn soft.) It's so perfect with just jeans and a tank, it can complete any outfit. And I hope you like the last picture, I have seen it a bunch of times on Instagram and thought it was not only funny but also incredibly accurate.

What I'm Wearing: Skirt Zara | Sweatshirt Townsen | Boots Zara

I decided to take my skort out for one last hurrah before I'll have to put on tights with it, or any skirt for that matter. It was a little chilly out, so I decided to balance my bare legs with a sweatshirt on top. I really love the leather trim on the arms and neck on this sweatshirt, it adds something special to an otherwise plain gray sweatshirt. And my new Zara boots complete the outfit.

P.S. I'm currently listening to Lorde's new album, it's so freaking amazing. I highly recommend it.

What I'm Wearing: Jeans Hudson Jeans | Sweater Aritzia | Blouse Tucker, Similar

Today I decided to do something pretty different from my normal style, I went preppy. And I really liked it. I love the little leopard print collar peeping out of my sweater, this is definitely a look I will try again. But of course I never like going too much in one direction of style, so the ripped jeans add a nice contrast to all the preppiness going on with my top half.

Think Pink

Never thought I would make a post dedicated to the color pink... But I have to admit, pale shades of pink are are on trend for fall and winter, and I've found myself actually wanting to wear pink. This is very strange for me as I maybe own a max of 1 pink item of clothing, but some of these items are too good to pass up. I particularly love the pink moto skirt and leather jacket, it's the ultimate contradiction, baby pinks combined with the toughest motorcycle shapes and details. And that pink plaid cape is amazing, and I've been finding it hard to say no to anything plaid lately. Of course, fall is not complete without a good sweater so I will definitely be looking to add a nice pale pink sweater to my closet. Shop these items below:
