One trend I am really loving for spring is sport-luxe. The juxtaposition of sporty elements with classic shapes, colors, and fabrics creates a really cool and fresh look. Whether you go for an understated sport influence, such as a simple striped pant, or a more obvious one, like mesh fabrics and sneakers, you are sure to make a statement this spring. Above, I have planned out two possible outfits fitting the trend. For both I made sure to balance sporty pieces with classic elements such as a white blazer or leather pants. And yes, both outfits happen to be monochromatic as well, but that certainly does not mean you are limited in color choices when it comes to adding sporty styles to your wardrobe. Wanted | Blushing

I don't know about you guys, but I am definitely ready for spring. And while part of that is because I'm sick of this freezing weather, the other part of it is that I keep spring shopping, or wanting to shop for spring, and I just want to be able to wear spring clothing already. One trend I am loving for this spring is pearls. I have always loved pearls because I'm a June baby, so the pearl is my birthstone. But I have never loved them as much as I have right now. The classic pearl has been taken and given an edgy twist making them the perfect addition to any outfit. I know I can't wait to get my hands on a few of these pieces. Wanted | To The Point

Pointed-toes have been on my radar for a while now. There is something so classic about just about any shoe with a pointed-toe. And a pointed-toe helps to elongate your legs, which is never a bad thing. But, while I like pretty much pointed-toe anything, right now a certain style has caught my eye. Basically loafers, oxfords, or anything menswear inspired with a pointed-toe is on my wish list. The only problem I'm running into is that the best ones are way out of my price range. (Ugh, isn't that always the case though?) This week what I am wanting is shoes, shoes, and more shoes. Whether it's a traditional flat, a smoking slipper, or a slip on sneaker, I want it. First of all, I'm going to apologize in advance for no outfit photos this week. I got my wisdom teeth out on Friday and I still look like a chipmunk, so no photos will be taken until the swelling goes down.
