Today's look is just a simple, easy outfit with a killer pair of shoes. What better way to spruce up your favorite pair of jeans and a comfy cashmere sweater, than to throw on an unexpected shoe? This pair from Tory Burch is perfect. Not only are they amazing, with the patent cap-toe, but they are also such a classic shoe that they will definitely last a long time.

Wanted | To The Point

Pointed-toes have been on my radar for a while now. There is something so classic about just about any shoe with a pointed-toe. And a pointed-toe helps to elongate your legs, which is never a bad thing. But, while I like pretty much pointed-toe anything, right now a certain style has caught my eye. Basically loafers, oxfords, or anything menswear inspired with a pointed-toe is on my wish list. The only problem I'm running into is that the best ones are way out of my price range. (Ugh, isn't that always the case though?) So, while I continue my search for the perfect reasonably priced oxford/loafer, although I did find one cut-out version from Forever 21, shop some higher-end styles below:

Classically Plaid

Although I do think I have somewhat of a distinct style, I am always trying new things. And one of my favorite things to do is to mix and match different styles. Because why box yourself in to one style when you can play with all of them? So, for that reason, I decided to mix a classic blazer, with the grunginess of plaid. What it created is, I think, a pretty classically cool look.

It's A Little Tight

I love tights. They are the best way to wear cute dresses and skirts all year round. I think sometimes they have the tendency to dress an outfit up a bit, so I threw on a casual black sweater to make the outfit work better for everyday. And of course no outfit is complete without the perfect shoes and these boots are my favorite boots I've ever owned. I just think they are so classic and work with everything.
